I was thrilled initially to find Barn Light Electric as we own an old restored farmhouse. We purchased the Ice Cream Clock and failed to read on the description that "No returns will be accepted on this product". Upon receiving the clock in a timely manner, we put it in the space we got it for and learned that it was way too big and would not work. I measured prior to purchasing and thought we could make it work. Just didn't look right. When I inquired about getting a return authorization # that is when i learned that there were no returns on this product. I would be paying shipping both ways and I don't understand why a return cannot be made. As with online shopping where one can not touch or really see a product compared to in a store there should ALWAYS be returns, no exceptions. I would continue to use this site if the policy were to change of if my product can be returned since I was very pleased with everything else about the site.
