I bought this in black and it looks terrific in my mud room. I was determined to get a light made in America and was not disappointed. I have already recommended the company to friends.

My only complaint is that it was shipped with a screw-thing (I don't know what it is called) that prevents the cage and glass from unscrewing. A special tool is needed to remove it ("special" means it's not a screwdriver!). After a web chat with support I learned that the screw-thing is there to prevent people from opening the fixture when it's installed in public areas. I was told I could remove it and leave it out, which is just what I did. Now it unscrews easily by hand, so when the light bulb burns out I can easily replace it. I wish the instructions had tried to explain this so I didn't have to worry that I was unable to unscrew my light until I contacted support.”
